  • For 2006: The only standard to reach the State Meet is by performing the "State Qualify" time in the trials or finals of the Section/State Qualifer meet. One restriction: Athlete must complete the event in the meet.
  • Sections that fail to qualify a swimmer in the standard may send their top Section qualifier to the State Meet
